Anesthesiology in Canada / US Trained

Hello,
I’m a Canadian who recently finished his anesthesiology training in the US and is interviewing for jobs back home. I have read a few things regarding fee for service but wanted to see if there should be any specific questions I should be asking during these interviews (benefits etc..)
